Meet RKM MK802V, the smallest android mini PC with Ethernet

It’s confirmed! the new Rikomagic will be named Rikomagic V5.
Rikomagic V5 will be available around first week of November.

The product might not be called MK802V after all, my sources are telling me. Rikomagic might use a different name pattern, maybe even “RKM V5”.

A few weeks ago I mentioned that Rikomagic is working on a new dongle-shaped RK3288-powered android mini PC .
Now it’s time to share some pictures and details .
We finally have an Ethernet port (and Gigabit, nevertheless).
To make things sweeter, HDMI port is HDMI 2.0 and the wi-fi is dual band (full specs below)

First Rockchip 3288 device coming soon – Rikomagic MK902-II

May is an interesting month, many new products are (finally) announced and will surface soon.

One of them is the Rikomagic MK902-II – first device announced by a reputable Chinese android TV box manufacturer.
This is an interesting move done by Rikomagic (now known as RKM) since their brand is almost synonymous with HDMI dongles and , for the first time, they announced an full-sized TV box with this new chip.

What to expect:
– CPU: Rockchip 3288 Quad Core (1.8 Ghz)
– GPU: Mali-T764 3D GPU
– RAM: 2GB
– 8/16GB space
– built-in camera (5 Mpx)
– 3G USB dongle support
– Gigabit LAN


New Android TV box – Rikomagic MK902

Yes, you read it right, an Android TV box made by Rikomagic.
The well-known Chinese manufacturer Rikomagic, which was one of the few to embrace the “android TV stick” phenomenon and got to the sixth generation of their MK802 HDMI dongle announced their first android TV box, named MK902.
The Rikomagic MK902 will be based on the Rockchip 3066 dual core chipset, clocked at 1.6 Ghz, will have a quad core Mali-400 GPU (capable of 3D) and will be shipped with Android 4.1, although an upgrade to Android 4.2 will most likely be made available.
It will support Bluetooth 3.0 and DLNA  and will have a soft turn-off feature.
